Our Policy

We guarantee when you order a chandelier in STRASS® quality 100% of the crystal trimming components are STRASS®, 30% plus lead crystal, manufactured by Swarovski in Austria. All Chandeliers trimmed with SPECTRA® ( no lead ) contain all component parts manufactured by Swarovski in Austria. All COMBINATION crystal trim has a majority of 30% lead crystal. All Regal hand cut and polished crystal trim is first quality hand cut and or 30% lead crystal. All Budget crystal chandeliers are trimmed with pressed crystal from Italy (Venetian).

Our chandeliers are manufactured specifically as per your order requested, therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. Only use licensed electricians to install our chandeliers in accordance to local electrical codes and our installation instructions. Only use chain pliers to open chain along the plane of wire axis. NEVER open or close a link of chain by twisting (or rotating) the ends away from one another.

With your chandelier, you will receive extra crystals at no charge. Should you require additional crystal replacement parts, they are available from our company at current prices. Utilize our crystal trimming instruction(s) to identify the crystal component(s) required and fax the crystal trimming instruction(s) to us at 1-604-408-8627.
